Amit Bansal is the Co-Founder of Toriven Health and has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has led mental health, behavioural health, and clinical improvement initiatives in Australia, the United States, and Canada. He has also served as a senior executive with one of Ontario’s largest hospital systems. Amit leads Toriven’s intake process and is committed to helping individuals and families understand their options and navigate the first steps of their care journey.

During your complimentary 20-minute consultation, Amit can help you: Learn about the psychological assessment, therapy, coaching, and educational services offered by Toriven Health. Discuss your concerns and help identify the most appropriate service or assessment pathway. Explain what to expect throughout the intake, booking, assessment, or therapy process. Answer questions about appointment availability, virtual and in-person services, and next steps. Discuss fees, flexible payment options, insurance reimbursement, and Toriven’s subsidized care program for eligible individuals and families. Answer any general questions you may have about Toriven Health and our services. If your concerns may require a clinical consultation, diagnostic assessment, or clinical opinion, Amit can explain the available options, associated fees, and, where appropriate, help arrange a paid consultation with a Registered Psychologist or another appropriately qualified clinician.

Dr. Genevieve Monaghan Ph.D., C.Psych.
Dr. Genevieve Monaghan is a registered Clinical Psychologist with more than a decade of experience providing evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention across hospital, rehabilitation, academic, and private practice settings. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, with expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions, mental health, and complex diagnostic presentations.
At Toriven Health, Dr. Monaghan serves as Vice President, Clinical Psychology, providing clinical leadership for the organization’s psychology services while conducting comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan. Her areas of practice include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), psychoeducational assessments, diagnostic clarification, and broader psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
Prior to joining Toriven Health, Dr. Monaghan held senior clinical and leadership roles at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care and the University of Toronto, where she combined direct clinical care with program development, research, supervision, and professional education. She has extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Monaghan contributed to program evaluation initiatives with the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) and Ontario’s Ministry of Community and Social Services, supporting autism services and programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her work has focused on strengthening evidence-based practice, improving clinical outcomes, and enhancing access to high-quality psychological care.
She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor after completing her predoctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). She is registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
Dr. Monaghan is committed to helping individuals and families better understand their strengths, challenges, and needs through thoughtful, comprehensive assessments that support meaningful recommendations and positive outcomes.

Riley is a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She brings more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, perinatal mental health concerns, and relationship challenges. She also brings extensive leadership experience, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and guidance to teams of clinicians.
